Our Polyurethane (PU) cells are equipped with both high and low pressure machines to deliver a range of rigid, self-skinning and cold cure foams to suit many applications from soft seating substrates all the way through to robust vehicle protection systems.

PU Moulding is the process of injecting two chemicals, Polyol and Isocyanate, into a mould cavity under pressure.

The process is extremely adaptable and can produce soft foams for seating systems all the way through to robust vehicle protection systems – depending upon customer demands.

Thermotec have 4 low pressure and 2 high pressure PU cells to suit a range of different systems depending on customer requirements.
