Our work with Luxury and Prestige Automotive manufacturers is part of our foundation. We pride ourselves on working to provide this sector with engineered solutions to meet their specific requirements.
We manufacture vacuum formed assemblies for interiors including:
- A Pillar
- B Pillar
- C Pillar
- Dashboard Fascia
- Header liners
- Door linings
- Tunnel stowage consoles
- Trinket trays
Most of these items are subsequently covered with leather, but are supplied with all associated fasteners and fixings already in place, to allow fitment to the vehicle directly from the packaging box.
The vacuum formed assemblies we produce for exteriors include Wheelarch liners, undertrays, plenums, and number plate mounting plinths.
We also supply polyurethane mouldings for seat foams, overmoulded instrument panel assemblies, and overmoulded tunnel console parts, lightweight composite roofliners, covered in alcantara (colour sequenced).
